PICTURE POLISH KRYPTONITE & GLITTER PLACEMENT

Hey guys, how have you all been? I'm actually full of cold, I've moved out for university this year and came home for the weekend and my brothers have managed to make me ill, just in time for me to go back tomorrow to a very full week!
Anywho, for these nails I have on Picture Polish Kryptonite which was a present from my beautiful friend Saira and for that reason it's a very special polish, not to mention absolutely stunning!
I've used 2 coats on all my nails here and for the ring finger I did a glitter placement using this amazing triangle glitter I got from my other beautiful friend Sarah!
Words cannot express how much I love these nails so just look at the pictures and scroll all the way to the bottom to see some awesome macro shots! Enjoy!

BARRY M CARDAMOM AND HOT PINK TRIANGLE GLITTER PLACEMENT

I know it's been a very long time, what should I say? Sorry!
I will be posting very occasionally probably and yeah I don't have the time or patience to watermark my pictures anymore so if you're planning on stealing them, please don't
Today's post features this gorgeous Barry M Gelly polish in the shade Cardamom, can I just say I love Cardamom and this colour is just gorgeous and unique in my shrinking stash(I believe) I love this polish so so much!
So I paired this with these amazing hot pink matte triangle glequins which I was gifted by my friend Sarah. (Yes my glitter placement is a hot mess, I'm out of practice!)

ESSENCE TEXTURED TRIANGLE NAILS

Hey everybody, happy Friday! Do you have any plans for this weekend? I got a box full of some gorgeous acrylic paint yesterday which I'm so excited to try out, so that's what I'll be doing this weekend!
Today I have more nail art using Essence nail polish! For these I started with 2 coats of Essence 111 English Rose, a typical granny colour, which is probably why it's a unique addition to my stash, lol! (It's dustier and browner irl) I then applied 2 coats of Essence 128 Hello Rosy* on my accent nail and then used these nail vinyls from She Sells Seashells as a guide and painted on the triangle tips. I didn't apply top coat to this because I wanted the contrast in texture on the nail.

GEOMETRIC NAILS

Hey guys, so today I have a really simple and easy to do nail art. I saw these nails on instagram but I can't remember who did them, I'll check my phone and update this post.
I started these nails with 2 coats of Gosh High School Flirt, when this dried I used black acrylic paint and a striper brush to paint on random lines; where the lines overlapped I used Illamasqua Nomad, Jo'mina and Kiko 340 to colour in random shapes, and that's it!

I really liked these, simple and easy to do but they still look awesome.

10 NAIL ART DESIGNS USING OPI SHEER TINTS

Hey  guys, sorry there's been no post for a few days, I have been working on this mammoth post !

When I first saw the Sheer Tints by OPI I was not excited, but then when I started seeing swatches etc. I thought they could be really good for nail art so I desperately waited for these and rung Sally's many times and dropped in (several times) after a long day of uni with the hope that they might have them in. They got them in about 2 weeks ago, I posted my haul on instagram so follow me on there to see more of my hauls etc.

I've created 10 different nail art designs using the I'm Never Embarrassed (yellow), Be Magentale With Me (pink), Don't Violet Me Down (purple) and I Can Teal You Like Me (blue).

All of the polishes have the same formula as a half used Seche Vite Top Coat, ie. thick and undesirable. They bubble like crazy though which you will see in all the pictures below, but they are so much fun to play with.

There's a lot to get through so I'll just talk over how I created each look.

Sit down, grab a cuppa and click read more to see all of the designs below :)

GEOMETRIC NAILS WITH ILLAMASQUA PARANORMAL & TUTORIAL

Hey guys, how are you all? I have a day off today I feel ill, my throat is red, sore and hurting and I have an earache and a headache, not that I'm complaining ;(
So here are some nails I forgot to post!
I love geometric nails and was in the mood recently, I decided to use 2 of the polishes from the Illamasqua Paranormal collection, I used Omen and Seance and used black acrylic paint for all the detail. It's really easy to do and I've included a tutorial after the break if you want to recreate this :)

EVANORA INSPIRED NAILS

Hey guys, I'm so tired today, really glad that today is over and tomorrow is Friday yaay!

So since we got Sky Movies (which is about 7 months ago now, haha) I've been watching lots of movies, well when I can. Recently I watched Oz The Great and Powerful (what an awesome movie) and caught myself concentrating on Evanora's nails a bit too much, which is what inspired these nails!

I started off with 1 coat of Essie Good As Gold and then I used black acrylic paint to draw the triangle shape and fill in the rest of the nail and then applied one coat of OPI Matte Top Coat before applying these gorgeous emerald green triangles (which I want as earrings) which the lovely Sarah sent me as a gift from her store here which I definitely recommend you check out!

I love these so so much! I think all the colours work really together and I love the rhinestones so much and I just adore the matte look of it all :)

You can find the rhinestones here and whilst you're there make sure you check out the rest of Sarah's store because there are a lot of awesome products for really affordable prices!

TRIANGLE CHEVRON TIPS ?

Hey guys, well the weather here has definitely got warmer and I think I can say Spring is here! This means a wardrobe clearout/organising which I am not looking forward to! What's the weather like where you are?
So today I have a little bit of nail art to share with you. To do these nails I started with 2 coats of OPI Wonderous Star and then I used black acrylic paint to paint on the rest of the details, can these be classed as chevrons?

I love it :) Mainly because I love Wonderous Star haha!
