WATERCOLOUR BUBBLE NAILS

Hey guys, so it's Sunday night again :( but I have some watercolour nails to share with you today!
I saw this design on instagram and fell in love with it but was a bit apprehensive about trying this technique out, but I'm really glad I did because it's super easy to do! I've also made a tutorial for you guys but I will post that in another post probably tomorrow.
I used the Deco Art acrylic paints again and Essence white stamping polish.

RAINBOW STARS!

Happy Sunday! I hope you've all had a lovely weekend and I wish you a very good week to come.
Todays nails are made up of a few of my favourite things, namely rainbows, stars and nail vinyls!
To do these nails I started with 2 coats of Essence white stamping polish which is a great white nail polish, I then used these awesome star nail vinyl stencils from She Sells Seashells to paint on the rainbow stars. Now let me attempt to name all the colours!
The red is OPI The Thrill Of Brazil, the orange is China Glaze Stoked To Be Soaked, yellow is Color Club Almost Famous, green is Illamasqua Elope (I think), light blue is I can't remember what it is! the darker blue is Barry M Gelly in Blue Grape, lilac is Barry M Gelly in Prickly Pear and finally the dark purple is  OPI Funky Dunkey.

RAINBOW CHEVRON NAIL VINYL TUTORIAL

Happy Saturday, how are you all?
Today I have another tutorial for you :) This is for the rainbow chevron nail art I posted yesterday. It's really easy to do but you just need a little bit of patience, so let's get cracking !
It's a little difficult to explain so I'd recommend looking at the pictures as they help explain the whole process.

What you will need:
Base Coat
7 different coloured nail polishes (one's missing from the picture) I'm using the entire OPI Neon collection and Morgan Taylor Making Waves
Chevron Nail Vinyls, I'm using these from She Sells Seashells
Tweezers
Quick dry top coat (or regular top coat and a fair bit of patience)

STEP 1 - Starting at the cuticle, paint 1/3 of your nail with the colour you want to be second in your overall design. (For a rainbow I'm doing orange first) It doesn't have to be neat

STEP 2 - Paint the middle 2/3 of the nail with the colour you want to be 4th in your overall design.
Paint the remaining top 1/3 of your nail with the colour you want to be 6th in your overall design.
Then apply fast dry top coat

STEP 3 - Once it's all properly dry apply one chevron vinyl on top of each different colour like so

STEP 4 - Use your first and 3rd colour and paint either side of the vinyl.

STEP 5 - Immediately remove the first vinyl to get a clean edge and the paint the other side of the 2nd vinyl like so

STEP 6 - Immediately remove the 2nd nail vinyl and paint the other side of the final nail vinyl.

STEP 7 - Immediately remove the final vinyl, wait a few minutes for the polish to dry and apply topcoat and you are done!

Let me know if you try this out, feel free to email me a link or tweet me or share on instagram :)

OPI NEON RAINBOW CHEVRON NAILS

Hi guys, Happy Friday! We have a bank holiday weekend here in the UK which is lovely, I don't actually have any plans other than good food and good company! Do any of you have exciting plans?
So I've seen these type of rainbow chevron nails on instagram and I knew I had to give them ago. For these I used the skinny chevron nail vinyls in this Variety pack from She Sells Seashells. I used all the polishes from the OPI Neon collection from this summer. The blue however was Morgan Taylor Making Waves.
I have a tutorial on these and that'll probably be up tomorrow.

RASTA GRADIENT NAILS USING ESSENCE!

Hi guys, how was your Monday? Tonight I have a super fun and bright mani to share with you!
This reminds of the Jamaican Rasta colours and I love it! I saw a gradient with these colours on instagram and made a mental note to try out the colour combo.
I used all Essence colours for the gradient from the cuticle to the tip I used Essence 170 Beijos De Brazil, 137 Wanna Be Your Sunshine*, 145 Flashy Pumpkin, 115 Redvolution* and 114 Femme Fatal*.
I ended up with a bit of bald patched on my ring finger which is more obvious in the pictures than in real life. I still love it though and what makes a gradient even better? Black and white glitter :) So of course I added one coat of Lynnderella Connect the Dots (new version) which was a bit too dense and covered up more of the gradient than I would have liked but it's all gooood ;)

And here's a few bonus pictures of the gradient without the glitter.

ILNP MASQUERADE & LIGHTNING BOLT NAIL VINYLS

Hey guys, tonight I have one of my most favourite manicure to date. It's no secret I love the ILNP Ultrachromes and, in my eyes, they are the best indie multichromes going! From the latest releases I wasn't sure if I should get Masquerade because it looked too similar to Nostalgia but the pre-order began on my birthday and I took this as a sign to buy them ;) Boy am I glad I did!
For these nails I layered one coat of Masquerade over a black base and on my ring finger I used these lightning bolt nail vinyls (which I received as a gift) from She Sells Seashells to paint on a multichrome lightning bolt.
Words cannot describe how much I love this nail polish and how much I loved this mani! Actually I loved it a bit too much and ended up breaking a nail pulling down the shutters at work :'(
I'll shut up now and let you drool over the pictures!
