HALLOWEEN SPIDER WEB NAIL VINYLS

Hi guys, more halloween nail art today!
These nails were really simple and easy to do, all I did was paint on two coats of OPI Push and Shove and once that was dry I used the spiderweb nail vinyls from She Sells Seashells and painted over the top using Angelica black nail polish* and peeled off the vinyl and ta da! I love spiderweb design but very rarely do them because they're time consuming and fiddly but these vinyls make it so easy and quick!

LIGHTNING NAILS

Hey guys, happy Wednesday!
So I actually did these nails on my nubs but they never made it to the blog because I just didn't think they looked right! But I loved the design so recreated them on my longer nails!
To do these nails I did a black and dark blue gradient on all the nails using Angelica nails in Black* (I can't remember the name, sorry) and Nails Inc Motcomb Street at the tips. I then added one coat of China Glaze Fairy Dust on all the nails to make the nails look like the night sky. For the feature nail I used a sponge and painted pink (Playboy Hot Violet*) in the middle and a circle of purple (OPI Funky Dunkey) around it, so kind of like a circular gradient, and sponged this onto the nail. and just to finish it off I added a silver lightning nail vinyl from She Sells Seashells which you can get here

UK BLACK AND WHITE GLITTER COMPARISON

Hi guys, I've managed to find myself with 10 spare minutes tonight so I thought I'd do a little post for you :)
As you may have seen the oh so famous black and white glitters are now popping up in UK stores which prompted me to do a little comparison for you.

My middle finger I've used one coat of Ninja Polish Sticks n' Stones as a reference ($9.00 from Ninja Polish, currently out of stock)
My Index finger I've used one coat of Boots Seventeen Off The Wall Graffiti nail effects (£3.99 from Boots)
My ring finger I've used one coat of Claire's Black Mix glitter (£3.00 from Claire's)
My pinky finger I've used one coat of Maybelline Polka Dots Chalk Dust (no longer available in store but you can get it from eBay, price varies)

My base colour is Angelica nails Pillar Box Red*

I'm not going to describe them with words, just scroll down and look at the macro pictures because they'll do a better job than I will!

My least favourite is the Seventeen one from Boots mainly because it's a bit clumpy and there's a bit too much going on! I love them all though and if you don't own any black and white glitters then go and get some because they're awesome.
If you have any black and white glitters you've seen on the UK market that you would like to include here please leave a comment below or tweet me or email etc etc.

Hey everyone, how are you all? Well I have a tonne of revision to do and on Thursday I went and picked up the Maybelline Street Chic polishes from Boots and I wasn't going to swatch them until after my exams next week but I had a bad day yesterday and I didn't feel like working so I decided to swatch these, unfortunately I didn't have time to edit the pictures last night so I did them today and here you are :)
So I know there are more than 4 in this collection but only 4 have been released in the UK which I have to show you today!

HOLOGRAPHIC GOLD DISC GLEQUINS FOR NEW YEARS !

Happy Thursday guys! How are you all today? I've noticed today that I've also had unusually high page views for today, not sure why?!
So here is the nails I've been promising you for days, but be warned these nails were the first nails I photographed with my new dslr camera so my hand position etc. is a bit dodgy and the photos aren't the best but just try and look at the sparkly ; )

Ok so I started off with two coats of Angelica Nails black nail polish* (sorry I can't remember the name) I then used these gold holographic disc glequins which I got from eBay and just placed them on my nails before adding two thick coats of topcoat!

I know it's not really coming off in the photos but this was so insanely sparkly, I posted a video on my instagram and they look like disco balls!!

ILNP ULTRA CHROME BRUSH STROKE - OIL SPILL NAILS

*VERY PIC HEAVY*

Hi guys, hope you had a lovely weekend, I've had a tonne of work to do!
So on Tuesday I had a lovely package waiting for me when I got home from uni and in it were the 3 Ultra Chrome polishes I ordered from ILNP! I don't normally buy expensive nail polish but these were too beautiful to miss and I haven't bought nail polish is like over 3 months :o !
So I've been wearing each one for a day or two and I love them all soo much I will be showing you them all soon! So I knew I wanted to use them all together but wasn't sure how and ended up doing a brush stroke mani!
I started off with 1 coat of Angelica black ( I can't remember the name!) Then I just did small brush strokes with Birefringence, Cygnus Loop and Mutagen. Cygnus Loop and Birefringence were quite similar so I used more of Mutagen to break it up.
This looked amazing in all lighting but when I tried to get some underwater shots, Holy Moly, I was blown away. This honestly looks like an oil spill underwater and it shows so many gorgeous colours.
There are a bazillion photos so I'll shut up now and you can click on to see the photos!

So today I have a lovely collection from Angelica Nail Colour to show you.
I received these a while ago actually and swatched them within the week but then the post kind of got lost in my drafts but anyways this is the Pre Fall Collection, this is a new concept to me and I actually really love the idea and I can see it catching on, this is what Angelica have to say about this collection:

'We're not ready to let go of our Summer nails yet at Angelica, so we've launched a late Summer collection full of on-trend shades to carry you through from your Summer to Autumn'
