GOSH STARDUST COLLECTION AW 14

Hey guys, I'm sorry for being a bit quiet here recently. I've been a bit busy and now I'm not feeling well, haha! But hey ho, never mind, today I have the new Autumn Collection from Gosh.
They have a textured sticker on the lid so when I got these I thought they were texture polishes and my heart sunk a tiny bit but when I tried them out I was happy to see there's no texture in sight!
There's a lot of pictures so grab a beverage of your choice and enjoy :)

HOLOGRAPHIC BLUE & PURPLE GLITTER PLACEMENT GRADIENT

Happy Wednesday guys, how are you all? I've been working really hard this week since I've gone back to uni and honestly when I get home I'm so tired and honestly I've not even thought about blogging.
I did receive some nail mail yesterday which I'd been very excited about but unfortunately one of the bottles in it broke which makes every nail addict sad :(

Anyway here is a lovely, very holographic and sparkly glequin gradient. I used a base of Gosh Misty Mauve and blue & purple holographic glequins and reversed the gradient on my accent nail in true Polish All The Nails style.
I had to apply about 3 coats of topcoat to get it all smooth.

I don't have time to think about nails right now, I'm really looking forward to the long weekend, hopefully I'll be able to paint with my nails and get some blog posts ready, see you until then :)

GEOMETRIC NAILS

Hey guys, so today I have a really simple and easy to do nail art. I saw these nails on instagram but I can't remember who did them, I'll check my phone and update this post.
I started these nails with 2 coats of Gosh High School Flirt, when this dried I used black acrylic paint and a striper brush to paint on random lines; where the lines overlapped I used Illamasqua Nomad, Jo'mina and Kiko 340 to colour in random shapes, and that's it!

I really liked these, simple and easy to do but they still look awesome.

HOLOGRAPHIC RAINBOW GRADIENT GLITTER PLACEMENT NAILS

Hey everyone, how are you all today? I have pretty busy week this week so I won't be able to post everyday but I have some awesome glequin mani's to show you :)
Ok so I've done loads of glequin nails but I've never done one where the glitter is placed next to each other and completely covers the base colour, so this is my first mani trying it out!
I recently bought a 3mm holographic glequin set and they're all so pretty so I decided to some of them all at once in a lovely rainbow gradient design. Unfortunately I forgot to make the colours blend to look more like a gradient so it's ended up looking like strips of each colour but I still like it and I hope you do too :)
I used two coats of GOSH High School Flirt as my base colour.

I think I pressed too hard when placing some of the glitter pieces because the base colour has oozed out at the edges of the glitter pieces which kind of ruins the look up close! But hey, it's my first time and you learn from your mistakes right :)

NEON BLUE POLKA DOT GLEQUIN NAILS

Hey guys, how are you all doing today? I'm quite a fan of Wednesdays they are the turning point of the week because after Wednesday we only have Thursday and then it's Friday :D
Anywho so todays nails are done using some amazing matte neon blue glequins* I received from The Glitter Shop. They are the same colour as Nails Inc Baker Street/ Kiko 336 even though they don't really look it in the photos.
I started off with 2 coats of Gosh High School Flirt and then used a slow drying topcoat and applied the blue glequins in lines before applying a generous layer of Essence Better Than Gel Sealer.

This doesn't look as polished as I'd like it to but hey ho!
The glitter itself is gorgeous, it's a stunning colour, great size and it's matte as well which makes it just a little bit special in my books because I don't have a lot of matte glequins.
You can buy the glitter from their ebay store here.

*These products were sent to me for my honest review. See my disclosure policy for more details

PUMPKIN HALF MOONS FOR HALLOWEEN!

Hey guys, hope you had a good weekend :) So I wasn't going to do any Halloween nail art this year but then the other day I saw this cute tutorial by One Nail To Rule Them All so decided to try it out for myself but instead of doing these at the tips of the nails I did them as half moons.
I used two coats of Gosh High School Flirt and then used Essence Flashy Pumpkin to paint on the orange half moons and then I used Butter London Silly Billy to draw on the lighter orange lines on the pumpkin which are kinda hard to see! I then used green and brown acrylic paint for the rest of the details. I applied one coat of Essence Better Than Gel Topcoat which smudged the design :(

Ok, so that's all, I think it's more cute than scary lol! Have you tried out Pumpkin nail art?

SHIMMER SPAM PART 1

Hey y'all , how are you doing? My weekend has started today, woop woop!!
So today I have some Shimmer spam for you. When I first saw Shimmer polishes I was a bit skeptical because the glitter was fine and they weren't like the other indies available, when I actually got them though i loved them, they are all so unique and beautiful so I'm really excited to be sharing them with you.
Each glitter has so much going on it it'll take me forever to list all the different types and colours of glitter in each.

GOSH HIGH SCHOOL FLIRT & GOLDEN ROSE JOLLY JEWELS 123

I hope your all enjoying your weekend guys, I'm not doing anything today but tomorrow we're all going on a day trip I think! What are you guys doing?
Anyway today I have Gosh High School Flirt, which I showed you in yesterdays post, and I've topped this off with one coat of Golden Rose Jolly Jewels in 123, I picked this glitter up from Turkey.
It's a very dense glitter and you only need one thin coat to get the effect you see on my nails below. It is a mix of black and white matter hex glitter and small slightly translucent white glitter which catch the light really beautifully!

I love black and white glitter so it's no surprise I love this glitter from Golden Rose!

GOSH HIGH SCHOOL FLIRT

Happy Friday all my friends ! I hope your all ok and are looking forward to the weekend, I am :)
Anyway for today I have a lovely palette cleanser in the form of Gosh High School Flirt. It's so lovely, it has a gorgeous formula, it's a beautiful colour and I just love it. I believe this may be a dupe of Barry M Lychee, but I don't have the later to compare.
This is two coats without topcoat.

Well enjoy this nude for now guys because I have some pretty crazy stuff coming up soon!
What is your favourite nude recently?

MORE ONE STROKE FLOWER NAILS !

Hi guys, I'm sorry I've been away for a while ! I wanted to post a giveaway before I left for holiday but I just didn't get a chance to get the rafflecopter thingy completed. I would have done it on holiday but we were staying on the coast and we spent most of the week without internet or phone signal ! We had an awesome time though, I didn't really find any nail polishes, we did spend a day in Calais but the only polish I picked up was some OPI on the ferry which I shared on my Instagram.

Anywho onto nail business, I decided to try out the one stoke technique again and this one wasn't as good as  I'd hoped they'd be. I started off with 2 coats of Gosh Bubblegum and then used white and red acrylic paint to paint in the flowers and petals.
The flower on the middle finger was the biggest fail but otherwise the rest of the petals turned out ok.

Lots of people requested a tutorial for my last one stroke mani, I am working on a video for that so keep an eye out for that and I also mentioned at the beginning of this post I have a giveaway planned and you'll see that in the next couple of days hopefully!
Alrighty then, I'll see you guys in the next post, take care till then chica's :)
