HAPPY HALLOWEEN

Hey everyone, this year I'm only bringing you one halloween design. I saw this design on instagram and immediately felt inspired to recreate it, I actually love the purple gradient more than anything else!
So for the gradient I used Barry M Gelly in Prickly Pear, OPI Bouquet of Violets and Barry M Gelly Plum. I painted all the details with black acrylic paint, except the yellow is Essie Shorty Pants.

CBL GEMINI RISING

Hey guys, life just gets in the way sometimes doesn't it and lately blogging has not been a priority so I haven't got any posts up.
So tonight I have the beautiful Gemini Rising by Colors By Llarowe, it's such a pretty green and my only holo green! It stains soo bad though, I knew this beforehand though so I wore it over a white polish and it stopped the staining :)

Then for some reason I added some dodgy clovers lol!

SPICE NAILS WITH BARRY M GELLY

Hola guys! So uni is now finished for Christmas and I had the loveliest day yesterday, I went to the Christmas markets, had crepes, went ice skating for the first time (I was awful, I fell 5 times) and ended it all with a lovely dinner. It's been really busy these past 2-3 weeks so I'm really happy to have nothing to do today :)
Today I have some nails which were completely inspired by the collection they came out with. I am talking about the Barry M Winter Gelly collection, I picked up the shades Mustard, Chilli, Paprika, Cardamom and Chai (which I didn't use in this design) I love the spice names and so decided to use all 4 of the polishes and then frame each nail with silver Art Deco acrylic paint* to look like a spice box! I'm not sure it fully worked but it still looks good right?

PICTURE POLISH SOLAR FLARE GALAXY NAILS

Hi guys, I have a really busy weekend coming up, you probably already know it's my besties wedding this weekend, well I'm so excited and it's gonna be so busy, so today I'm going to leave you with this beauty for the weekend :)
Often I find myself wanting a polish after seeing someone where it? Well this purchase I blame completely on Patsy after she posted a video of this beauty on instagram.
I managed to score this on Facebook ;) I used one coat of black and then painted on one coat of Picture Polish Solar Flare, after that was dry I painted on some 'stars' using white acrylic paint to make it look like galaxy nails and oh my gosh I have so much love for these nails.

TEAL ILLAMASQUA COMPARISON GRADIENT & BLIZZARD & PAISLEY NAIL ART

Hey everyone, this week has been so busy! It's my besties wedding this weekend which means I won't have time to do any university work and next week is the deadline for my essay and oral presentation, which is why I was awake until 5am last night working! Anywho I have some more gradient nails to share with you today. I did these a while ago but I will be doing them again this weekend for the wedding as my outfit is teal and these will just look amazing!
I ordered Illamasqua Venous from their latest sale and when I got it I thought it may be a dupe for Illamasqua Muse and I thought some other poeple may have had the same thought. So when I held them next to each other I was happy to see they weren't a dupe but they were rather similar so I thought I'd do a little comparison of the two but in a gradient this time!
I used Venous closest to the cuticle and Muse at the tips. I then used Illamasqua Blizzard, which was another purchase from the same sale, on the pinky and pointed finger. On the middle two fingers I used the silver* Art Deco acrylic paint, which I've already raved about, to paint on the paisley design.

ROSE NAILS

Hi everybody, how are you? I've spent the past 3 days working on an essay which is drawing the life out of me! I also have my besties wedding this weekend and my outfit still isn't ready!
Today I have some rose nails to share with you. I used a tutorial to paint on the rose which I saw on instagram (and I can't remember whose tutorial it was) I wasn't sure what to do as a backgroud, eventually I decided to try out a circular gradient using Zoya Ling* and Models Own Baby Blues, this was the first time I tried a circular gradient and I think it turned out ok!
I then painted on the rose on the middle finger and to tie the rest of the nails in I added a few rose petals on the other nails and I fell in love.

NUDE & NEON HALF MOON NAIL ART

Hello everyone, how are you all tonight?
I have some half moon nail art for you all, I used OPI San Tan Tonio as my nude base colour and then I painted a half moon using Morgan Taylor Making Waves, once that was dry I used black acrylic paint to paint on the details over the half moon.
I loved the contrast between the bright blue and the nude.

CBL LITTLE RED CORVETTE WITH LACE NAIL ART

Hi everyone, how was your weekend? I spent mine shopping for my friends wedding which is less than 2 weeks away, eek! I now have a choc a block week filled with a tonne of work, I hope your week is somewhat more exciting than mine!
Ever since I saw Sarah wearing CBL Little Red Corvette I knew I needed it but when you take shipping from Llarowe into consideration it gets a bit expensive so I never ended up getting it but it cropped up for sale on Facebook a while ago so I had to get it along with Seeing Spots which you will see in my next post :)
So this is such a beautiful nail polish but I wanted to add some lace nail art to make the nails look just a bit more special. I used black acrylic paint for the design. The polish is much more holo than it looks here but my lighting isn't the best for capturing holo polishes.

WATERCOLOUR BUBBLE NAILS

Hey guys, so it's Sunday night again :( but I have some watercolour nails to share with you today!
I saw this design on instagram and fell in love with it but was a bit apprehensive about trying this technique out, but I'm really glad I did because it's super easy to do! I've also made a tutorial for you guys but I will post that in another post probably tomorrow.
I used the Deco Art acrylic paints again and Essence white stamping polish.
