BLUE CUBE SKITTLE NAILS

Hey guys, so it's my last weekend before my second semester starts at uni so I'm editing loads of blog photos this weekend so when I'm busy all I have to do is type up the post and publish!
Today I have another vault mani to show you. I love skittles but I feel like I'm rubbish at them so hardly do them but I know that there are loads of different designs you can create with rhombus glequins so I decided to do a skittlette mani using just 3 different coluored rhombus glequins.
I started off with two coats of Kiko 340 and then made small cubes on the ring finger, a zig zag pattern on the middle nail, which I really liked and must do again, and on the pinky and pointy nails I did a small cube in the center next to the cuticle.

I quite like it but unfortunately the pictures haven't turned out as nice as I'd have liked!
To do all my nails it took about an hour which, when it comes to glitter placement, is not long. So you can try it out and it shouldn't take you too long but your nails will still be super sparkly and pretty :)

SIMPLE & EASY GLEQUIN NAILS

Hi guys, super quick post today. For these nails I did two coats of China Glaze For Audrey on the middle and accent nail and then two coats of Illamasqua Jo'mina on the rest of the nails. I then applied a strip of holographic silver diamond glequins before applying one coat of topcoat.

I love it, what do you think ?

RAINBOW DIAMOND GLITTER PLACEMENT NAILS

Hey everyone, how are you all?
I've spent the day running errands and for some reason ended up at a farm this morning (don't ask) haha! I'm going to go and make a stir fry in a bit and then tonight is all about nails :) Yaay! What are your plans for the rest of the day?
Ok, so here is a glitter placement rainbow design I did with my set of holographic rhombus glequins. I started off with 2 coats of Sally Hansen Whirlwind White and then just applied the glitter.
I'm not crazy about how it looks so wasn't sure if I should post these but I often find most of the nail designs I'm not crazy about you guys like so this is for you :)

Ok, so I'll see you guys tomorrow :)

BLUE & COPPER GLEQUINS

Hey guys, so my first semester is over, oh my gosh time goes by so quickly, I hope these next 5 years don't go by too quick, but I have a feeling they will!
Anyway I have a lot of studying to do this holiday but I'm having the rest of the week off!
So the other day I found some forgotten nails from a few months ago so I thought they'd skip the queue and I'd publish them right away.

For these nails I started off with 2 coats of Nails Inc Motcomb Street and then used some holographic copper diamond glequins for the glitter placement, I think this was my first time applying rhombus shaped glequins to my entire nail and it was trickier than it looks, hence the pretty poor placement!

GLEQUIN CUBES

*this is a scheduled post*

Hi guys, how are you all? I'm currently on holiday and I actually don't have any internet access on the island, so I will be responding to all comments, emails etc. when I get back!

When I doodle, I don't draw love hearts or that sort of stuff, no, instead I fill the page with cubes, I love drawing cubes and kind of draw them over all my books, folders, papers etc. So I was really really excited when I got my diamond glequins because I couldn't wait to make these awesome cubes all over my nails!

I painted my nails with two coats of w7 Black and then used all the different coloured glequins to create these awesome cubes!

These were so sparkly, Sparkly things make me smile.

ZOYA VERUSCHKA HOLO

Wow, I am on a roll, I've posted every single day this week : o
So when the holiday season comes around there is one polish that screams my name, can you guess what it is ? Yep, It's Veruschka by Zoya, seriously guys if you ever buy only 1 Zoya polish make sure it's this one, the colour and the shimmer is to die for ! Anyway so I cracked this out and applied 1 thin (slightly uneven) coat of Sally hansen prism om Diamond, a strong linear sheer silver holo perfect for layering !

I couldn't capture the holo very well and the sun was starting to go down too but trust me when i saw this combo is gorgeous !
