LIME UP & WHIRLED AWAY

Hi guys, hope your having a nice weekend :) Today I have another polish from the China Glaze Cirque Du Soliel collection. This is Whirled Away, the matte black and white glitter top coat.
In all the reviews that  read of this people had said it was a pain to apply and the white glitters were particularly difficult to get out; so when I got it I was prepared for the worst but thankfully it wasn't that bad !
I was going to get Def Defying but I thought it might be a dupe for Essence Lime Up so I passed on it and this was the first combo I created with Whirled Away.
For the accent nail I did a drag marble design with Lime Up and OPI A Grape Fit, it looked quite cool but then I applied Whirled Away and it kind of ruined it !

SHIMMERY JEWEL MARBLE & 18K GOLD TOPCOAT !

It's a miserable, rainy day here in England, what's the weather like where you are?
So for today's nails, we have one of my favouritist (I know that's not a real word in the dictionary but it is in my head) nails ever, I think this is perfect for a christmas day mani or new years to when you want something elegant but with a litttle twist !
Ok so for this mani I started out with 1 coat of w7 black, while it was wet I placed on dots of China Glaze - Little Drummer Boy, Orly Smolder, Zoya Veruschka, OPI Russian Navy and Essence Choose Me, then I just swirled them around like I showed you in this tutuorial here. Then I added one coat of Sephora by OPI It's Real 18K Gold Topcoat !

Aaah, this is a real beauty irl! It's feels so luxurious and expensive lol ! Do you guys love it as much as me ?

CANDY CANE DRAG MARBLE NAILS

Wow, today's second post : o
Lol, anyway these nails were also done using a red and white polish
So before I did all my nails I decided to try the technique out on my thumb so I roughly painted on a quick coat of white and then the red stripes before using my pin  to drag it across, and it turned out really quite well especially for my first ever try !
So full of confidence I started on the rest of the nails and wow that turned out to be a big fail, I redid each nail about 5 times and eventually just settled with this and I'm not very pleased with it so I'm only showing you 2 pictures !

(sorry the white looks kinda messy and rushed!)

Well, I was going to do a tutorial but I think I need more practise first !

BUTTERFLY STAMPING NAILS

I got home about 10 mins ago from a work Christmas dinner, and I'm really tired (it's been a long day).
I had to post because I have so much to show you before Christmas so I can't miss a day !
Anways these nails I did a while ago for a stamping contest, that was when my internet was messing up and after brainstorming and doing the design for 3 hours the internet died and didn't come back on until the next day by which it was too late !
Anyway for the background I did a swirly tye die effect with black and blue, then I stamped on the butterfly image from BM-205 plate, but instead of using one solid colour I painted on Barry M Gold foil, a mini metallic pink Revlon and Barry M Silver foil in vertical stripes across the image and then stamped ! The gold kind of missed the nail in some places but hey, I'm still learning ; )

Sorry for the blurry pic but it shows the stamping better

Then I topped it all off with 1 coat of Essence Waking up in Vegas

Ok, guys I'm really tired so I'll leave it here and speak to you guys tomorrow : )
