NEW YEARS MANI

I was hit with inspiration today and decided to do this mani, often my ideas don't translate too well on the nail but today i was sooo pleased with how it turned out ! 

can you guess what it's supposed to be ? 

well in case you can't it's meant to be a firework setting off on the pointy finger and exploding on the accent nail and there's 2 people stood there watching ! 

it really looks like a firework here ! 

I painted the background black and sponged on opi mystic moonshine, opi last friday night, china glaze little drummer boy and something else (can't remember lol) and then i used gosh holographic to draw the firework and black acrylic paint for the people and i didn't seche vite this because it would have dulled the firework

Do you like it then ? I actually love this and am soo pleased it looks better than it did in my head loll !

30 DAY CHALLENGE, DAY 22 - INSPIRED BY A SONG

Let me just start of by saying i'm sorry recent mani's haven't been up to my usual standard but i've honestly had very little time to do my nails, but i really want to keep up with this challenge, 

anyway on to today, i was pondering about this mani for a while ! and then whilst looking through my ipod i came across one song which seemed like the obvious choice! 

' baby your a firework, come and show 'em what your worth as you shoot across the sky...'

i love this song soo much i listened to it sooo much ! loll

anyway here is a quick mani for now 

not quite what it looked like in my head but oh well here 

base for this isnt black, its a gorgeous dark blue jelly type (really shiny but not sheer) by jessica 

it's supposed to be fireworks, but it didn't quite work out ! loll

anyway i'll talk to you ladies very soon then
