LATEST HAUL & NAIL ART !!

hi everybody, 
im really sorry for not posting in such a long time : ( but ive been really busy, ive got exams soon and have been trying to revise lol, so i will have to put my blog on hold for a while, but fortunately not yet !


anyway i just thought i'd share with you my latest haul,
i dont really do hauls, but very occasionally i might be feeling low or they might be cheap lol
ok, so here you are

ok so top row: 

my first misa's, loving the nude one infact i love them all, 

then essie chips no potatoes, 

chanel miami peach, 

an unbelivabley glittery purple - i think its an old misa - violet smoke, 

omg, what can i say about this can't wait to try - nubar 2010

opi - dont know the name but i dont like the colour 

w7 silver crackle

la girl - lovely orangey/coral 

the weather was gorgeous today and i had to show you these

ok i owe you all an apology, in my first post i said i would be posting mostly nail art but i havent,

recently i havent really felt like it, not that i had the time lol

but today i'll show you some of the designs i've done, theyre on false nails , sorry. my nails are too short and am waiting for them to grow. 

ok so i'll show you the glittery ones 

(i recommend you enlarge them, they look amazing, well i think so ; ))

                                 

                        

these are all super glittery, and so easy to do, i love them, the non-stripey one takes ages to do though lol

ok, after that its must be time for tea, so is anybody hungry, anyone fancy some strawberry's or how about a cupcake? 

here you go :

 i must admit this strawberry was my favourite for a long time about 2 years ago, i used to have this on alllll the time, at work people use to comment on it lol, it has now been updated lol, when i wear this ill show what it looks like on my hands. its really common now loads of people have done this but this was one of my first nail designs !

 oh god you can see the rubbish brush strokes on this one . .

we might be going to the seaside tomorrow, still not sure yet, but anyway this led me to dig up this design i did a while ago

barry m turquoise + barry m nail effects

hi everyone, 
so yesterday i finally gave in and ordered the nubar 2010 flakie nail polish, i have wanted a flakies nail polish for ages and have been looking on ebay, and i saw a bottle of sally hansen's hidden treasure for £25!! so when i did a bit of research i read that nubar 2010 is a dupe for sally hansen. i ordered it off of ebay yesterday as its reallly difficult to get hold of in the uk, in fact i dont think ive ever seen one in any shops yet : o !! i can't wait for it to come now and as soon as it comes ill do a post on it for you, you've probably seen this a million times before but ...


anyway todays mani is a lovely bright vibrant blue from barry m. no thats a lie i had this colour on a few days ago actually and at the moment my nails are tiny, lol. i love that barry m do some lovely bright colours, and they're so cheap too. 

 no top coat on these 

ok so then i got bored of plain blue and decided to add some on the barry m nail effects, couldn't decide if black or white would look better

so this is the left hand  

sorry for the awkward picy here 

and the thumb, 

pink was a lot brighter than in pic, i liked the way it cracked and its quite summery 

so.. i decided i preferred the black crackle so finished the right hand here, i haven't even cleaned this up or anything here, sorry, what do you think?

 yuk my fingers look awful here sorry 

oops almost forgot, ok so then i decided what it would look like if i layered the crackles

COLOR CLUB REVVVOLUTION CHARCOAL HOLO

helllooo everyone, how r you all?
so i dont have much time so ill just get straight to business
well let me share my frustration first,  put this colour on a few days ago because last weekend and monday and tuesday the weather was gorgeous and soooo sunny so to get into the summery mood i decided to put on a holo.


the hunt:


i must admit i only discovered holo nail polishes a few months ago, shocking i know, so unfortunatley i missed out on the gosh holographic and the china glaze omg collection, and becuase they arent available anymore people are charging ridiculous prices on ebay, and im not paying £11 for a nail polish which i could have got for half the price. so i went on a hunt for some good holo nail polishes which were cheaper, i found some gorgeous ones eg. catherine arley holos, they are stunning, however they dont ship to the uk : (
eventually my search led me to color club - i was so excited and i saw them on ebay for about £4 each and i decided to get 4 colours, so the shipping should have been combined, so you can imagine how annoyed i was when i saw that the woman had charged my $22 for shipping !!!!!! i know, ridiculous right, and i had no choice but to pay it and if im perfectly honest they weren't worth the money


ok lol so thats the end of the story i am sorry its so long, i have been diagnosed with excessive waffling syndrome : p lol

the sun did come out for a little while and so i managed to get a few photos, some of pics have turned out ok but i cant really capture the complete holoness, 

this is the most holographic nail polish out of the 4 and application is lovely, i must say color club nail polishes have a really good formula, this is 2 coats but you didn't need 2 coats
