OPI BOND GIRLS - SOLITAIRE (THE PERFECT WEDDING POLISH)

Today I have a gorgeous nail polish to show you!
Now, I'm not a fan of texture at all, it just makes me cringe ! I decided to test out these liquid sand polishes to see if the texture would bother me and unfortunately it made me cringe all day!
This is a beautiful colour though and the overall effect is gorgeous and I think this is the perfect nail polish for brides (if your don't mind the texture). I know that if I was having a big white wedding I'd be rocking this on my nails.
Below is 2 coats without topcoat!

Really beautiful, be sure to check back tomorrow though to see how I made this look even nicer!

MERMAID NAILS

This was such an amazing idea in my head and it turned into a hot mess !
I got some iridescent glequins and thought they'd look really beautiful in a mermaid themed nail art.
So you want to know how I created this mess? Well, I started with 2 coats of Kiko 341 then sponged on some Essence Choose Me, then I applied all these iridescent glequins in no perfect order, when that was dry I used Barry M Gold Foil and tried to draw on some gold scales but the surface was uneven and the lines too thick which resulted in a big mess, so I stopped after two fingers and after about 30 pictures this was the only which I could consider showing you guys!

It took me ages to do these nails and it ended in disappointment unfortunately, but hey ho, win some, lose some!

BARRY M GELLY PLUM & KINK TIPS

Hope your all having a good weekend, today I have some simple nail art which I did recently.
I started off with 2 coats of Barry M Gelly in Plum (btw this is a pretty much dead on dupe for OPI Vant To Bite My Neck?) I left this on for a day and didn't apply topcoat, unfortunately when I woke up the next morning I was left with some sheet marks (which you can see in the pictures)
I then used some tape and painted on Illamasqua Kink on to the tips.

I really like this colour combination and the overall look, what do you think?

LUSH LACQUER CLOWNING AROUND

Hi guys, I hope you've all had a great week, I've been rather quite this week because it's been rather stressful but today I received some amazing news, some news I had been wishing for all year! I don't really want to say right now. Anyway I'm really excited to a chilled out stress free weekend, I hope you guys enjoy your weekend too!
So today I have a gorgeous polish to show you, this has been a lemming since I first saw swatches. I got this for my birthday back in May and I tried it over a variety of colours but it looks best over white in my opinion!

Seeing these pictures again have made me so happy, I have so much love for this polish! The only thing I would say is that the clear base of the polish appears to be slightly pink! Other than that though it's just beautiful!
Have you guys got this?

FLORMAR 246 & ETUDE PINK PRISM SWEET BON BON

I saw this Etude polish in someones haul on Instagram, so one quick eBay search later it was on it's way to me!
Unfortunately, while I love it in the bottle, the formula is terrible, it's thick and gloopy and requires you to place the glitter yourself and I'm not a fan of this. Also there's an abundance of pink glitter and the blue and green pieces are quite sparse and they require quite a bit of fishing.
I applied one very tricky coat over Flormar 246 which is a lovely nude crelly.

GOSH HIGH SCHOOL FLIRT & GOLDEN ROSE JOLLY JEWELS 123

I hope your all enjoying your weekend guys, I'm not doing anything today but tomorrow we're all going on a day trip I think! What are you guys doing?
Anyway today I have Gosh High School Flirt, which I showed you in yesterdays post, and I've topped this off with one coat of Golden Rose Jolly Jewels in 123, I picked this glitter up from Turkey.
It's a very dense glitter and you only need one thin coat to get the effect you see on my nails below. It is a mix of black and white matter hex glitter and small slightly translucent white glitter which catch the light really beautifully!

I love black and white glitter so it's no surprise I love this glitter from Golden Rose!
