ILNP MULTICHROME 3D CUBE NAIL ART

Hey everybody, how was your Saturday? I spent my whole day in uni today working on a poster which is part of our coursework, thankfully we got it all done and now I'm really tired! But I'm dying my hair red tomorrow, I'm so excited and nervous too, fingers crossed it all works out!
Ok, so I'm glad you liked my last nails, when I did the cube detail it took me about 45 minutes to paint and I didn't want to waste the end result haha, so I used ILNP Birefringence, Mutagen and Cygnus Loopy to fill in some of the other cubes so I ended up with these lovely multichrome cubes :)

ILNP NOSTALGIA 3D CUBE NAIL ART

Hey guys, so I had a day off today which means I've managed to catch up on some zzz's, the bad thing is I keep thinking today is Friday and then when I realise it's Wednesday I'm left disappointed!
Anywho I remember seeing these nails by the super talented Lucy and I fell in love with the 3d cube accent design and I couldn't wait to recreate them!
I already had ILNP Nostalgia on and I thought multichrome 3d cubes would just look awesome and using this tutorial this is what I came up with! I coloured the white faces of cube incorrectly so they don't look as awesome as Lucys but I still love them :)

BLUE CUBE SKITTLE NAILS

Hey guys, so it's my last weekend before my second semester starts at uni so I'm editing loads of blog photos this weekend so when I'm busy all I have to do is type up the post and publish!
Today I have another vault mani to show you. I love skittles but I feel like I'm rubbish at them so hardly do them but I know that there are loads of different designs you can create with rhombus glequins so I decided to do a skittlette mani using just 3 different coluored rhombus glequins.
I started off with two coats of Kiko 340 and then made small cubes on the ring finger, a zig zag pattern on the middle nail, which I really liked and must do again, and on the pinky and pointy nails I did a small cube in the center next to the cuticle.

I quite like it but unfortunately the pictures haven't turned out as nice as I'd have liked!
To do all my nails it took about an hour which, when it comes to glitter placement, is not long. So you can try it out and it shouldn't take you too long but your nails will still be super sparkly and pretty :)

GLITZ & GLAMOUR WITH MORE CHRISTMAS GLEQUINS

Hey guys, hows your weekend going? I have loads of work to do and I finally started today but still have so much to do! Anway here are some more Christmassy nails for you guys.
I started off with a base colour of Orly Glitz and Glamour, which is just the perfect gold nail polish ever, I then used red and green rhombus glequins to make cubes on all the nails except the accent nail which I did a full glitter placement using alternating red and green glequins.

This is a very 'blingy' design and quite eye catching which might not be for everyone but I quite like it, is this something you'd wear?

GLEQUIN CUBES

*this is a scheduled post*

Hi guys, how are you all? I'm currently on holiday and I actually don't have any internet access on the island, so I will be responding to all comments, emails etc. when I get back!

When I doodle, I don't draw love hearts or that sort of stuff, no, instead I fill the page with cubes, I love drawing cubes and kind of draw them over all my books, folders, papers etc. So I was really really excited when I got my diamond glequins because I couldn't wait to make these awesome cubes all over my nails!

I painted my nails with two coats of w7 Black and then used all the different coloured glequins to create these awesome cubes!

These were so sparkly, Sparkly things make me smile.
