ELECTRIC BEAT

Not really got a lot to say about this, gorgeous periwinkle, super shiny, got lots of compliments ; ) 

So, yeah I know yesterday I had some awesome nails to show you, no this wasn't it but I have an awesome glitter to show you before : ) I won't keep you waiting too long, promise ; )

SMALL (END OF NO BUY) HAUL

Can you believe it's August ? aah, honestly where has all the time gone? 

Just thought I'd share some of my newest polishes, I haven't bought many polishes for the past 2 months so I was excited to get all these ! : )

L-R, Metallic Venus, Moondust (I got this one by accident!), Mosaic, Salt n Pepper 

I've never really paid much attention to w7 before but I couldn't ignore their recent glitters which are amazing btw. I accidentally ordered moondust instead of lava flow but I checked it today and they don't seem to have it  ! I was going to return it but I may keep it, it reminds me Opi's MAAH ! 

Anyway yeah so that's about it ! It's not an awful lot but still I like sharing with you guys lol : ) Anywho I have something cool to show you tomorrow : )

CHANEL ROSE INSOLENT & DIAMOND GRADIENT TIPS ; )

This is a mani from the vault I'm still cooking up my next mani for you guys lol, this mani was from when I  was on a real pink high a while ago and this was waiting in my untrieds 

This was 2 coats,  I think a 3rd may have been needed on some nails, but oh well  

Then I used my new Colour Club Covered In Diamonds (well it was new back then) and brushed some on to make it look like a gradient

It looked awesome in the shade ; )

and here's Rose Insolent on it's own (this picture is the most colour accurate)

I looove covered in diamonds soo bad : ) Do you?

CHINA GLAZE SHOCKING PINK (NEON) TAKE II

Hello everyone, how you all doing? So my most popular post is my original swatch of this insanely bright neon pink  and recently I was feeling in a pink mood and decided to try it out again and hopefully get better photos for you ! 

I did two coats on a white base this time and it was much brighter, but as you all know neons are a pita to photograph ! 

As much as I love this really eye searingly bright pink the formula on this is terrible I didn't have the patience for another coat which is why it doesn't look so good, and this is one day of wear!

Then I decided to add a coat of Essence Carrie (another gorgeous essence topper !) 

I hope your retina's are still in tact after that blast of neon ! I have some nail art in mind which I'll hopefully get round to doing tonight so I can show you tomorrow  : )

CHINA GLAZE LOVE MARILYN & A REQUEST

Hi everyone, ok I have a small request for all you lovely readers today, I have been lemming Sally hansen Amber Ruby for the longest time and thought I'd be satisfied with the recent Ludurana I got, while it is a gorgeous polish I still need Amber Ruby, so if anyone has a spare bottle that they're willing to sell, swap or donate please leave a comment or drop me an email. 

Anyways this swatch is actually from a while go ! I don't really have much to say about this other than it being one of my biggest lemmings a while ago mainly because I love the look of the layered red and silver glitter which peeks out ! 

from far it also looks like it has tiny black glitters here too ; )

look at those red sparkles ! gorgeous : ) 

I've really been lacking nailspiration recently, if anyone has any requests or ideas please leave me a comment

RED & WHITE GRADIENT & LOL SHAPES

Hi guys, ok so this is kind of a nail fail ! 

I don't have a lot to say for this, I just sponged on red and white and got pink and then I used china glaze lol to get the little shapes, I used reinforcement stickers for the pinky and accent nail and then I got fed up and just painted it on freehand on the other fingers which is where it went wrong  ! Then I added topcoat which dulled the holo effect : ( 

Anyway I took it straight off after these pictures !  

Well, I'm just off to do my nails now so I should have something exciting for you tomorrow : )

JESSICA HOLOGRAM CHIC & HITS APOLO

I've decided to take advantage of the sunny weather were getting here, it probably won't last so we have to make the most of it !

So for this mani I did one coat of no7 Poolside Blue and the pinky, ring and thumb and then I layered 2 coats of Hits Apolo over the top, then on the other fingers I used 2 coats of Jesicca Disco Diva, I decided to test out the Retro Revival base coat and used it for the middle finger and I can say it definitely improves application and you can already start to see some tipwear on the pointy finger !

Finally I used poolside blue to stamp on a bow and then I stamped over it with Hits Apolo, it was meant to look like a shadow to get a 3d effect, but you can see it just looks like dodgy stamping loll ! 

I also used Gosh Holographic to stamp the dotty bow on the thumb but it wasn't very good ! 

I loved this mani soo much I loved the colours, Disco Diva is absolutely gorgeous I was blown away by how holo it was, seriously this definitely rivals Gosh Holographic, I haven't done a comparison yet but I will do for you !

I had tried the blue layering to get a ds glamour (huge lemming) dupe but it didn't work, if anybody knows a good layering combo for a ds dupe please let me know !
