NYX PINK AVENUE

hello ladies, sorry for the late post but you know how busy and hectic things can get! so i'm  not showing you my current mani, this is one from the vault, (when my nail's were a lot shorter)
anyway i lovee this flakie polish, it's truly stunning , lots of pictures so enjoy : )  
i put this over essence back to paradise, a gorgeous dark green (which looks black in some of these pics)

this flashes orange, red, blue, yellow, green, and (some purple) it is truly gorgeous 

i also realised i forgot to take any pictures of this shiny ! loll

i've read reviews of this on MUA. and they don't seem to be very good, main complaint was the flakes stood up and didn't lay flat, but those were from a few years back, this must be new formula and it's perfect ! no complaints! 

since this isn't very common now, i grabbed two bottles whilst i could yep, that means you have a chance to win one in an upcoming (rather late) giveaway loll

REVLON - FACETS OF FUSCHIA

wooow ladies, i  hope you liked my 30 day challenge, i'm not going to say it was easy the last 10 days were the hardest for me and unfortunately i got ill and couldn't do my nails for a few days but anyway i hope you try this out too, i'm seeing a lot of people start it now, if you are trying this please leave me a link so i can check it out : )

ok anyway, you will have seen this a million times before but i haven't shown you it yet loll, i bought this a while ago and have worn it twice since but anyway here are the swatches of the gorgeous facets of fuschia

i smudged the pinky !  

i then mattified it but i can't say i was a big fan irl, it looks nice in the photos  though!

30 DAY CHALLENGE, DAY 30 - INSPIRED BY A TUTORIAL

easy peasy lemon squeezy who's tutorial i was going to use , this is all thanks to nailside's tutorial : ) 
i'd have loved to do the explosion mani and tried twice and failed so badly, i went with this !

pointer finger and accent are no7 poolside blue and the middle and pinky are misa throw me something purple ! 

grey is avon wet cement, which is a matte and dries before you've put the brush back in the bottle, which may be the reason my lines aren't very good and the tiny bit of green is revlon emerald city matte 

lines are no where near as crisp as hers or neat loll, i am clearly a novice when it comes to tape mani's loll, but practise makes perfect!

what can i say ? clueless ! loll in the end i decided on something that didn't quite seem to translate so well on the nail ! i was so tempted to do something halloweeny, (*cough* jacko-lantern *cough*) loll

30 DAY CHALLENGE, DAY 28 - INSPIRED BY A FLAG

i didn't want to do the usual predictable union jack or england flag, i wanted something a bit different and so i decided to do the south african flag ! 

i wasn't sure if this actually looked like the flag, but my little brother seemed to identify it quite quickly and when i asked him how he recognised it ... i saw it on the football ! loll

30 DAY CHALLENGE, DAY 27 - INSPIRED BY ARTWORK

*hangs head* ladies, i'm very sorry i didn't post these on time, but i've been really ill for the past few days but because of personal statements and stuff i've had to drag myself into school, and then by the time i've got home again i had to go to bed because i felt so weak and ill : (  all these mani's i've done today, i'm still not well but i really didn't want to leave this challenge unfinished, and i was so tired , this morning i had some work experiance at a dental surgery in beeston and so had to be up and early, when i finished there i went straight to school at two, went to my chemy lesson, came home and then sat down for two minutes and then our cousins came round and i got 2 hours where i sat down and did all these remaining mani's and i couldn't post them because my cousins have just gone now and i'm feeling ill again, i really hope i'm better by wednesday because i've got my ukcat exam on wednesday ! anyway hee is the art work mani
